AT-2 NTC Thermistor Series
Semitec AT-2 NTC thermistors were the first to use lead-frame technology to create consistently accurate 1% tolerance NTCs at a significantly lower-cost than other NTCs at the time.
The AT-2 series offers +/-0.3°C accuracy at 25°C and there are seven R25 values ranging from 1kohms to 100kohms. All the AT-2 series parts; 102AT-2, 202AT-2, 502AT-2, 103AT-2, 203AT-2,
503AT-2 and 104AT-2 are readily available from stock for next-day delivery from our UK office.

AT-4 NTC Thermistor Series
Semitec AT-4 thermistors have flexible insulated lead-wires and therefore offer all the technological benefits of the AT-2 thermistor but help to simplify the assembly process.
There are two main wire gauges (30AWG and 26AWG) and the following 10kohm versions are readily available;
103AT-4-70374 (50mm 30AWG PVC leads)
103AT-4-70261 (100mm 30AWG PVC leads)
103AT-4-61046 (175mm 26AWG PVC leads)
