Current Regulating Diodes (also known as Current Limiting Diodes) are the simplest way of providing a constant current (up to 18mA) over a wide voltage range (1 to 100V).
By combining them in parallel or in series with a zener diode, even higher current or voltage ratings can be achieved. Both SOT and DO-35 packages are available.
