The Matsuo Electric range of bimetal thermostats uses a unique internal structure that enables us to offer a combination of setting tolerance, differential and long-term stability that is un-paralled in the industry. The twin bimetal system minimises calibration drift and ensures a contact life from 100k upto 1m cycles depending on the applied load.
The thermostats are individually set and then sealed within a PBT plastic housing giving excellent environmental resistance. Calibrations from -10°C to +110°C are available with setting tolerances down to ±1.5K and differentials (hysteresis) down to 3K. AC loads of upto 3A(250V) or 5A(125V) can readily be switched as well as DC loads of upto 1.3A/24V or 0.8A/48V.
The Matsuo range also offers versions with S.P.D.T. ("change-over") contacts, built- in thermal fuses or built-in resistors. Thus a complete control assembly can often be supplied in a single, sealed package.
MQT Series
The smallest size available, capable of switching upto 1.3A/250VAC or 2A/125VAC.
Single point fixing, plug-in connectors, built-in thermal fuses and double-sealed (water-proof)

M2/M3 Series
